If you cancel a project request before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

3. Disputes and Revisions

If you are unsatisfied with the service or final deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the completed work. We will work with you to address any issues, including offering revisions to meet the agreed-upon scope of work.
